Clear rules for using SeeWorkGo.
These terms govern use of the public website and, unless a separate written agreement applies, access to SeeWorkGo trials and services.

1. Acceptance and authority
By using the website or service, you agree to these terms. If you use SeeWorkGo for an organization, you represent that you have authority to act for that organization. Do not use the service if you do not agree.
2. Accounts and access
Provide accurate information, protect login credentials, use multi-factor authentication when available, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. The customer organization is responsible for assigning appropriate roles and removing access when it is no longer needed.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not break the law, infringe rights, deceive others, or upload malicious content
- Do not attempt to bypass security, access another customer’s data, probe vulnerabilities, or disrupt the service
- Do not use the service for unlawful surveillance, discrimination, harassment, or unsafe employment practices
- Upload only content you are authorized to use and only supported file types and sizes
4. Customer content
You retain ownership of content you or your authorized users submit. You grant SeeWorkGo the limited rights necessary to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that content to operate and support the service. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, notices, permissions, and retention instructions associated with your content.
5. Trials, subscriptions, and custom work
Trial duration, plan limits, pricing, renewal, and cancellation terms shown during signup or in an order form apply to the selected service. A trial does not create automatic billing unless clearly disclosed and separately authorized. Custom development, acquisition, hosting, integrations, and support require a separate written proposal or agreement.
6. Field operations
SeeWorkGo helps organize work but does not replace professional judgment, supervision, safety programs, payroll, accounting, legal compliance, or emergency procedures. Location and time information may be affected by device settings, signal quality, permissions, and user behavior.
7. Service changes and availability
We may improve, modify, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to provide reliable service, but availability may be affected by maintenance, security events, third-party services, internet conditions, and events beyond reasonable control.
8. Intellectual property
SeeWorkGo, its software, branding, interfaces, and documentation are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited right to use the service under these terms, no ownership rights are transferred.
9. Disclaimers and limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided without warranties that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. SeeWorkGo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Any additional warranty, liability cap, governing law, dispute process, or service commitment in an order form or separate agreement controls for that customer.
10. Suspension, termination, and updates
Access may be limited or suspended to address nonpayment, security risk, unlawful use, material breach, or harm to the service or others. You may stop using the public website at any time; customer termination rights are stated in the applicable plan or agreement. Updated terms will be posted with a revised date.
11. Contact
Questions about these terms can be submitted through the website contact form.
