A subscribing organization controls the business data entered into its workspace and determines which authorized users may access it. Workers and other limited users should only receive the access assigned to their role. Requests concerning customer-controlled records may need to be directed to that organization.

We aim to keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, contractual requirements, security, backups, dispute resolution, and applicable law. We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

6. Choices and rights
